Engine assembly

After engine dismantling all details should be cleared and checked carefully. In the subsequent heads all necessary repair work is separately described. Assembly is carried out in return sequence taking into account the next moments:

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Collect details only in absolutely pure condition.
  2. At installation of details with the small admission it is necessary to clear tools, a workbench and hands of dirt. The smallest foreign matters can get to support. For cleaning use only rags without pile.
  3. To put a pure film of greasing on details before their installation on the engine. This work carry out before installation as oil can sometimes not get to support.
  4. All again used details check on existence of damages and wear. Details in an unsatisfactory condition should not be established. At all it is not necessary to save on it as new dismantling at repeated failure it will be obvious more expensively.
  5. All spare parts get in masterful Nissans. Thus always specify engine and chassis numbers. Details within one year of release often change for improvement and only on the basis of documents it is possible to pick up necessary details.
  6. It is necessary to observe all moments of an inhaling specified in Specifications at the beginning of Head. If the moment of an inhaling is not specified, it is necessary to operate carefully.
